Despite the incident with Scout, I was able to re-finish the stand without any further problems. It's perfect! I've always wanted a little stand for my record player and records and now I finally have one. I am a VERY sentimental person and my records are something I cherish deeply. My grandparents gave me their great band era records and we played them at our wedding reception, so they're pretty special to us.
